There is absolutely nothing sprayed on our wheat, no chemicals or glysophates and we do not put preservatives or shelf stabilizers into our flour. We are "certified organic." We believe you can use our flours and not have digestive issues.

At Flourco, we believe that good food starts with good soil. Nestled in the heart of Norwich, Ontario, our family-run farm has taken a bold step beyond traditional agriculture. Instead of simply growing crops to sell to industrial mills, we decided to close the gap between the farm and your kitchen.
We grow certified organic grains on our own land — from seed to harvest — and mill them ourselves to bring you the purest, freshest flour possible. No chemical sprays, no outsourcing, and no compromises. Our flour tells the story of full-circle farming: sustainable, transparent, and deeply rooted in care for the earth and your health.
Our journey started with a simple question: "Why not make our own flour?" With the grains already growing in our fields and a growing awareness of how industrial food systems were affecting our health, we took the leap. Today, we're proud to say: we know exactly what goes into every bag of Flourco flour, because we grew it.

Our 70+ year old Austrian stone mill represents the pinnacle of traditional grain processing technology.

We’re Gary and Jessica Krygsman, the husband-and-wife team behind Flour Co. From the fields to the kitchen table, we’ve always believed in working side by side. Whether it’s planting and harvesting grains, milling and sorting flour, or cooking dinner together at the end of a long day, our lives are woven into every part of this journey.
Farming and milling aren’t just tasks to us—they’re a rhythm of life we share. Gary keeps a steady hand on the land and the mill, while Jessica brings care and detail to sorting, packaging, and everything in between. Together, we balance the hard work of growing and producing with the everyday joys of family, food, and life lived close to the land.
