Quick answers to common questions about our flours and services.
We mill flour to order, so it's never more than 48 hours old when it reaches you. This ensures maximum nutrition, flavor, and shelf life. If purchasing in-store typically within 7 days.
Yes! We work with bakeries, restaurants, and food service providers. Contact us for wholesale pricing on orders of 25 lbs or more.
Store whole grain flours in an air tight container. If you want to store for a longer period of time place in the freezer in an airtight containter for up to 6 months. Bring to room temperature before using.
We recommend starting with 25-50% substitution to get familiar with the unique characteristics. Heritage flours may require slightly more liquid and benefit from longer resting times.
