
Red Fife Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup organic cane sugar
2 eggs, room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cornstarch
3 cups Red Fife flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix butter and sugars for two minutes.
Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt and cornstarch and mix well.
Add the flour and then mix until incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll into ⅓ cup balls and then rip open the ball of dough. Pinch the smooth ends together, exposing the rough parts on the outside. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes.
